Part of the farm Il Sapito,located between Montaione,San Gimignano,Volterra, a few steps away from the Sacred Mount of San Vivaldo, Il Brigante is a real experience of taste,open to everybody on Wednesdays and weekends !! The genuine base of our delicious range of pork produce,fine wines,extra virgin olive oil and saffron,baked products,pizzas,carefully selected local ingredients and the love in preparing traditional recipes,make our dishes unique and special.
